We participated with the local Memphis BBQ team SwineBucks, SwineBucks is sponsored by Star Bucks Coffee.
The team from M-N-M BBQ competed in the seafood division with their smoked salmon w/sweet chili glaze and fresh gulf shrimp. The dish placed 18th out of 100 of the best BBQ teams in the nation!
